Yes, all product prices quoted on our website are in Indian Rupees and also in US Dollars.

Glarea takes the most excellent possible care in packaging your order. Untouched by human hands, your order will be packaged in factory-sealed blister-packs. Shipment charges depend on quantity, country, and product. Some products that require shipment under temperature-controlled (between 2-8C) will cost more than products that can be shipped at an average temperature. Shipment Charges include Logistic cost, documentation, and NOC clearance from authority.

It usually takes 8-9 working days after dispatch to reach medicine at outside India locations. Additional delays may occur due to heavy load on postal services and customs.

We will assist with the best of our resources and documentation so that medicine is received at your address within the stipulated time in safe and secure condition. However, we are not responsible for any delay or loss, or damage of your order in transit or for the non-receive ability of the medicine at the destination country/port. The sole responsibility of receiving the medicine is of the Patient (his relatives). We will give you the tracking details of your medicine courier. Kindly contact the courier service/concerned authority to gain visibility on custom clearance and applicable duties.

We advise transferring money only through Interbank Transfer Modalities;

  • Online Net-banking for within India transfer.
  • International Wire Transfer (SWIFT) from outside India.

Your order will be delivered by EMS or Courier, depending on your Pincode within India. But outside India, we also use a transport ship, airplane, etc to deliver your product and we also ship cold chain products.
